Nice to meet you!
I'm Luana D'Ambrosio
My work today is centered on the body not to change it, but to understand it. Before becoming a bodyworker, I spent years creating experiences.
I began in the world of events and luxury hospitality, working closely with weddings and high-end banqueting. Organization, attention to detail, and the ability to make people feel truly cared for became my signature.
Federica Lorato
Certified yoga teacher Hatha e Vinyasa, physiotherapist
I graduated with honors in Physiotherapy from Università Vita-Salute San Raffaele in Milan. I continued my education independently through books and courses focused on the connection between pain, psychosomatics, and body awareness in rehabilitation.
Alongside my clinical work, I developed a personal yoga practice, integrating mindfulness and meditation into my professional approach. In 2024, I completed a 250-hour Hatha and Vinyasa Yoga training to deepen my understanding and begin teaching.
Today, as a physiotherapist, I support people in overcoming pain that limits movement or practice, helping them return to exercise safely. As a yoga teacher, I guide students to move without pain, adapting sequences and postures to individual needs.
My mantra: it’s not what you do, but how you do it.
