Awaken the Woman Within is a 7 night immersive retreat in Bali designed for women who are ready to slow down, reconnect, and come back to themselves.
This is not a bootcamp and it is not about pushing harder. It is about creating space to breathe, reset your nervous system, and understand yourself on a deeper level.
Over the week, you will be guided through a blend of breathwork, mindset sessions, emotional processing, gentle movement, and connection practices. Each experience is designed to help you release what you have been holding onto and reconnect with who you are underneath the noise.
You will be supported in a small, intimate group of women, creating a space where you can feel safe to open up, be seen, and connect without pressure or judgement.
Your days will include a mix of structured sessions and free time. You will move your body, spend time by the pool, explore local culture, and enjoy nourishing vegan/plant-based meals prepared fresh each day.
This retreat is for women who feel like they have been holding everything together for too long. The ones who are tired, overwhelmed, or disconnected, and know something needs to shift.

Daily Schedule
Each day is designed to create a balance between guided experiences, rest, and personal space.
Mornings begin gently with movement, breathwork, or a guided session to help you ground yourself and set the tone for the day. This may include yoga, nervous system work, or embodied practices.
After a nourishing breakfast, the day opens up for rest, pool time, or optional activities. Some days include workshops focused on mindset, emotional awareness, and personal growth, helping you understand yourself on a deeper level.
Across the week, you will experience a mix of:

• A traditional Balinese water purification ceremony and cultural outing

There is no pressure to do everything. You are encouraged to move at your own pace and take what you need from the experience.

The retreat is held at a private eco luxury sanctuary in Sukawati, Bali, designed to support deep rest, healing, and reconnection.
Set amongst rice fields and lush tropical gardens, the space offers a quiet, elevated escape away from the busier parts of Bali. The design blends traditional Balinese architecture with modern comfort, creating an environment that feels both grounding and refined.
Rooms are spacious and thoughtfully designed with natural materials, open air elements, and a strong connection to the surrounding nature. The property features a pool, multiple relaxation areas, and dedicated spaces for movement, breathwork, and group sessions.
All meals are prepared fresh on site, with a focus on clean, nourishing, vegan/ plant based food to support your body throughout the retreat.
This is a space where you can truly switch off and settle into yourself.

Know Before You Go
This retreat is designed for women who are ready to slow down, reflect, and reconnect with themselves. No previous experience with breathwork, yoga, mindfullness, meditation or personal development is required.
You do not need a high level of fitness. All movement sessions are gentle and optional, and you are always encouraged to listen to your body.
This is a small group, intimate experience. You may be invited to participate in group discussions and emotional processing sessions, however you are never forced to share more than you feel comfortable with.
We recommend bringing comfortable clothing, activewear, swimwear, a journal, and anything that helps you feel relaxed and supported during your stay.
Please advise us in advance of any injuries, medical conditions, or dietary requirements so we can best support you.
This retreat is not suitable for those currently experiencing severe mental health conditions that require clinical or medical supervision.
