This 5-day retreat is designed to gently reset your mind and body through yoga, meditation, nature immersion, and authentic local experiences. Day 1: Arrival

16:00 – 17:30 – Afternoon Light yoga session after travel (every other day) & Balinese Cultural Activities/Excursions

Day 2: Immersive Experience/ Beach Yoga on Wednesday or Saturday

08:00 – Morning Vinyasa/Hatha Yoga & Meditation Classes (led by experienced instructors)
09:30 – 10:30 – Breakfast, Morning Fresh Juice, or Relaxation/Spa Treatment (if included in your package)
11:00 – 12:30 – Morning Village Activities
13:00 – 14:00 – Delicious Indonesian Lunch with Light Salad

Putu Teddi is our star yoga teacher, who initially came to yoga as a proactive approach to injury prevention while engaging in other activities such as cycling. His yoga journey began with the practice of Ashtanga yoga, along with profound self-inquiry and study of spiritual practices at local ashrams. He originally began practicing Yoga in response to a very stressful job at the bank. He loved the gifts of Yoga so much that he left his finance career and devoted his life to teaching Yoga asana. Injury prevention was a bonus for him as a cycler. He intends to support guests’ relaxation who have come to Bali from stressful, busy lives and to make beginners to Yoga feel welcome. He is known for plenty of jokes and light-hearted classes.

Born and raised in Bali, Eli has been in love with Yoga and alternative healing practices for over a decade. Her journey began with the practice of Hatha Yoga, after which she was introduced to Vinyasa Flow and immediately connected with this style where asanas are connected through the breath for a transformative and balancing effect. She trained extensively with both Balinese and Indian Gurus in the practices of yoga, meditation, and energy (β€œQi”) movement. Eli loves exploring what she calls β€œinner yoga”, the practice of which triggers an awareness and experience of the connection between the mind and the body
