About This Retreat

Six days of movement, music, creativity, connection, and conscious celebration. A retreat for men and women who want to slow down, reconnect with themselves, and experience the joy of being fully alive. Sunrise yoga, ecstatic dance, music-led experiences, creative workshops, nourishing food, nature, and a guided full moon psilocybin journey.

Somewhere between the Portuguese sun, deep bass, salty skin, slow mornings, and barefoot nights, Pause to Danse was born. For five days at Adamãe, we gather to move, create, dance, rest, connect, and remember what it feels like to live without performance, pressure, or distraction. Through music, movement, creativity, nature, and conscious celebration, this retreat invites you back to your own rhythm. Think sunrise yoga, ecstatic dance beneath the full moon, sunset DJ sets, immersive art workshops, lake swims, nourishing food, meaningful conversations, playful rituals, and long evenings under the stars. A space where masculine and feminine energies meet naturally through presence, movement, music, and human connection.

Your Teachers

Greta Razmyte

Greta Razmyte

Certified Yoga Instructor (Tantra, Vinyasa, Hatha, Yin, Pre/Post natal, Ashtanga), certified Meditation guide; professional dancer

.If you know Greta, you know she brings a rare combination of warmth, calm, and playful energy. Originally trained as a dancer, she found her way to yoga through a lifelong curiosity about movement, presence, and the experience of being fully alive. Her path has taken her from yoga schools in India to sacred traditions in Central America and the Amazon jungle, exploring yoga, tantra, breathwork, embodied movement, ritual, and the wisdom of plant traditions. These experiences have shaped a teaching style that is grounded, intuitive, and deeply human. At the heart of Greta's work is a simple invitation: to slow down, become present, and explore what it truly feels like to inhabit your body. Through dynamic yoga flows, movement, music, grounding rituals, and moments of silence, she creates spaces where people can reconnect with themselves, awaken their senses, and discover the quiet wisdom that already lives within.

Kevin Swindells

Kevin Swindells

Yoga facilitator; DJ; sobriety coach

Kev Swindells has spent 15 years in music and events. He built his career as a DJ and co-director of Contrast Entertainment booking agency, working across clubs, festivals, and private events throughout the UK and Europe. Music taught him how to read a room, hold space, and understand the relationship between sound, emotion, and the body. Over time, however, the DJ lifestyle led him down a path of alcohol and substance abuse which felt increasingly out of alignment. Kev's journey into sobriety was at once the most difficult, and also the most rewarding journey of his entire life. It led him to yoga, to spirituality, to the study of neuroscience and the nervous system, and to a years-long process of redesigning his life and rebuilding his identity from the ground up. That experience now sits at the heart of everything he does. He completed his 200-hour yoga teacher training in Lisbon and teaches regularly, including Men's Mondays, a beginner-friendly, male-focused yoga group he created to get more men on the mat without intimidation. He attends men's circles and cares deeply about men’s mental health, believing in the power of men showing up for each other in honest, structured and non-judgemental spaces.
