About This Retreat

The yoga and wellness retreat package for 4 days with day-trip program and full-board meal plan. You can choose 2 excursions or activities from our schedule. Suitable for beginner to seasonal seekers.

Guests wake up to the ultimate relaxing start of the day with our morning yoga activities overlooking Phuket Town and beautiful Phang Nga Bay. Whether you choose to wake up for our early Sunrise or later morning Yoga session, you will be greeted with breath-taking views from our yoga deck! The day follows with restful activities or trips around Phuket Island to immerse yourself in the local culture, explore the nearby nature, and focus on self-care with massages, spa treatments, and meditation. As the sun starts to set, guests are brought back to focus on their body, mind, and soul and end the day with a round of Yoga either in our studio or outdoors. An important part of the retreat is also having time to rest, relax, and restore your energies. We offer a balanced programme with plenty of options for spending your days more active or taking it easy with our Relaxed programme. Every day includes two yoga classes, one in the morning and one in the evening. The morning practice is a more dynamic Hatha or Vinyasa yoga-based practice to wake up the body and mind for the day ahead. In the evening, we wind down with a slower yoga practice calming down the body and the mind. Twice a week, we offer a complimentary Sunrise yoga class in addition to the daily yoga classes. This unique sunrise experience is something truly special and we offer coffee, tea, and healthy snacks after the class to enjoy in the morning sun. The daily activity programme takes place in-between the morning and evening yoga classes. It is divided into two different categories: the “Active” and “Relaxed” activities. You can choose either one for any of the days and create a mix of more active and relaxed activities. Check-in and check-out days do not include excursions, only the full retreat days. However, yoga and food are included in these half days! For a 4-day retreat, we ask you to choose one activity for two of your days (full retreat days). This is YOUR retreat and we’re here to help you tailor it to your interests and needs.

Heini Löppönen

Experienced Yoga Instructor, E-RYT 500

Originally a dancer and dance teacher, Heini was introduced to yoga over 15 years ago. She fell in love with yoga’s ability to be tough and challenging yet soft and relaxing. She became a certified yoga teacher in 2011 and has taught ever since. She teaches Hatha and Vinyasa yoga as well as softer Yin and Restorative yoga. Understanding the individual and their unique build is a core value of her teachings. For Heini, yoga is about finding balance in the body, in the mind, and in life in general. It’s a continually evolving practice to be tailored to an individual’s needs, even in group classes.

Bamboo Sunanta

Yoga Instructor, RYT 200

Bamboo’s background is in alignment-based Hatha and Vinyasa yoga, and she absolutely loves yoga. She is one of the most passionate teacher-students you’ll find – always learning more to share with her students. Bamboo says: “I have found that yoga allows us to focus on the present Healthy body, beautiful muscles My mind is happy, and I want to share the joy of yoga with everyone. I want everyone to be happy and healthy together.”

“For almost 10 years, I have experienced that yoga is not only for exercise, but it’s mind meditation and mindfulness, staying in the present. I appreciate it because it made me have a new body, new mindset, and a new experience. I am happy to be here with this beautiful energy forever.” Meaya earned her RYT 500 Yoga Alliance certification through Ananda Yoveda Shada. She specialises in Hatha, alignment-based yoga, Vinyasa Yoga Flow, and Pranayama, Restorative Yoga, Yoga Nidra and Chakra meditation. She is a certified crystal bowl therapist and Tibetan sound bowl healing therapist. She hopes her students will find balance mentally, physically, and spiritually providing them with a practice that they can embody in their daily lives, on and off the mat. Her classes offer unique meditative sequences with international themes, emphasising the importance of proper alignment, pranayama breathing techniques, mindfulness, and meditation. Modifications and advanced options are made available for both new students and experienced yogis alike so that all can reach their full potential. She is honored to teach yoga, helping to bring balance, awareness, health and happiness into others’ lives.

Sasuwapadee (Sa) is your dedicated tour guide with over 17 years of experience in the business! She has worked on safari nature tours, elephant sanctuaries, and as a trekking guide. The past five years she’s operated in managerial roles organising both the bookings and transportation for various tour companies. She knows every aspect imaginable of organising and guiding tours in Phuket! Khun Sa speaks both English and Thai which guarantees and authentic experience and helps you to communicate with the local communities on your trips.
