Costa Rica: Pause To Restore

About This Retreat

The pause - to feel and hear yourself again. Not outcomes to chase, but states that arise when the noise stops.

When the world feels chaotic. When nothing makes sense. When loneliness rushes in. Where there is a longing for something more. Pause to Restore. Nature provides everything that we need when we stop long enough to allow what is available for us, when we show up to meet it. Deep in the jungle in Costa Rica nature speaks. Here we pause surrounded by birds, monkeys, plants, waterfalls - the elements. We use the elements and nature to restore. And we restore not just our bodies from exhaustion, our minds from overthinking, but our soul. Because lets face it, you can eat perfectly for a week and put aside your problems for seven days, but we offer more than a week away. We offer lasting change and restoration for the soul. How? Throughout the week, we use the power of the pause, the space where you get to truly meet yourself again.

Know Before You Go

When you slow down long enough, the body remembers what it needs. not through thought, but through sensation, intuition, and quiet knowing. What was drowned out by noise becomes accessible again.
