Daily Schedule

Day 1: Day 1 begins with guest arrivals and check-in at the peaceful retreat space in Mysore. Guests are welcomed with herbal tea, followed by room allocation and time to settle in. The evening includes a welcome circle introducing the Manasthala philosophy, followed by a light sattvic dinner and quiet relaxation.

Day 2: Day 2 focuses on wellness, healing, and exploration. The day begins with Jal Neti cleansing, gentle yoga, and pranayama practices, followed by a wellness session on nutrition and healthy living. Guests then experience Ayurvedic therapy sessions and enjoy nourishing sattvic meals. The afternoon includes guided breathwork and time for relaxation before heading out for Mysore sightseeing and an evening visit to the beautiful Mysore Palace.

Day 3: Day 3 is centered around immersion and integration. Guests participate in a special International Yoga Day practice session at Mysore Palace, followed by relaxation and Ayurvedic wellness experiences. The day also includes a guided ice plunge, wholesome meals, rest and reflection time, and a deeply relaxing sound bath immersion. The retreat concludes with a sharing circle, gratitude gathering, and closing ceremony before departure. Guests may also choose an optional sunrise session at Chamundi Hills the following morning.
