Slowdown Weekend Retreat
About This Retreat
There are things you can only see when you slow down. In the middle of busy schedules, constant thinking, and everyday responsibilities, we rarely give ourselves the space to pause. This weekend retreat is an invitation to step away from that rhythm - not to escape life, but to experience it more clearly.

Daily Schedule
Day 1: As you arrive, you'll be invited to leave behind the distractions and responsibilities of everyday life and gently settle into the retreat experience. Together, we'll create a welcoming space to connect with one another, slow down, and begin the weekend with clarity and intention.
Day 2: Saturday is dedicated to exploring different pathways to presence, creativity, and wellbeing. Through mindful movement, breathwork, nature, creative expression, and self-reflection, you'll have the opportunity to reconnect with yourself in a deeper and more meaningful way.
Day 3: Our final morning is an opportunity to integrate the experiences of the weekend and reflect on how the learnings can be carried into daily life. Together, we will close the retreat with gratitude, intention, and a renewed sense of balance.
Your Teachers
Ruchi Jaju
Certified Yoga Instructor, RYT 500
As a facilitator, my intention is to create a space where people feel comfortable showing up exactly as they are. I believe yoga is not about achieving the perfect posture or pushing beyond your limits. It is about developing a deeper awareness of yourself—your body, your breath, your thoughts, and the way you move through life. In my sessions, I gently encourage participants to challenge themselves while respecting the uniqueness of their own bodies. I offer options and modifications so that everyone, regardless of experience or flexibility, can feel included and supported. One of the things I enjoy most is sharing the deeper wisdom of yoga in a way that feels practical and relevant. Beyond movement, I often weave in reflections from yogic philosophy, breathwork, and mindfulness, helping participants connect the practice to everyday situations such as managing stress, navigating relationships, making decisions, or finding balance in a busy life. My goal is not simply for people to leave with a good stretch, but to leave with a sense of calm, clarity, and a few meaningful insights that they can carry into their daily lives. Above all, I strive to create an environment that is warm, welcoming, and free of judgment - where people can slow down, reconnect with themselves, and explore the practice at their own pace.
