Day 3: Day 3: Highlight β Full-Day Waterfall Adventure!

09:00 β 17:00 β HIGHLIGHT: Chasing Waterfalls. An immersive full-day trip journeying deep into nature to explore Tibumana, Kanto Lampo, Goa Rang Reng, and Sumampan waterfalls (Note: entrance fees and lunch are separate for this excursion), sightseeing Ubud City centre

Day 4: Day 4: Mind-Care & Cycling Adventure
07:00 β 09:00 β A guided 1.5 to 2-hour Scenic Cycling Adventure through the beautiful countryside to stimulate energy and flow.

14:00 β 15:00 β Mind-Care β Session 2 ( Tele health ) . A deepening of your clarity journey designed to solidify your new mental perspectives and anchor your insights.

Day 5: Day 5: Integration & Departure

Nourishing Your Body: Our kitchen proudly caters to a wide spectrum of dietary preferences and needs. Whether you are Vegan, Vegetarian, Pescetarian, Gluten-Free, Dairy-Free, Nut-Free choices, our chefs are here to support your wellness goals. Please inform us of any allergies or specific dietary requirements upon booking.
2. Preparation & Studio Etiquette
What to Pack: Bring comfortable, breathable sportswear/yoga attire and appropriate enclosed footwear or trail shoes for the 2-hour nature trek.
Mats & Props: We provide fully sanitized yoga mats and props for all of our classes, so there is no need to pack your own unless you prefer to.
Health Conditions: For your safety, please notify our instructors or reception team of any pre-existing injuries, illnesses, or physical conditions (including pregnancy) before your first session.
3. Group & Booking Policies
Schedule Flexibility: While we aim to keep our itinerary consistent, the schedule is subject to minor changes due to tropical weather conditions or seasonal shifts.
Check-In/Check-Out: Standard check-out on your final day is by 12:00 PM.
Cancellations & Refunds: Please carefully review our cancellation window and non-refundable terms on Retreator before locking in your booking.
