While a deposit secures your spot, your remaining booking balance is strictly due 15 days before the retreat start date. Accepted Payments: They accept Cash, Credit/Debit Cards, and Bank Transfers. Ensure you account for any international transfer times or foreign transaction fees beforehand.
2. What is (and Isnβt) Included
Included: Your accommodation, daily fitness/yoga sessions, curated cultural activities (like temple tours or Balinese dance), and specified wellness meals.
Not Included: You are independently responsible for booking your international flights, organizing your Indonesian visa, covering personal expenses, paying gratuities, and funding optional external excursions.
Airport Transfers: Transfers are available but typically upon request and may require an additional fee depending on your specific package package. Be sure to coordinate this with the team ahead of your arrival.

Because the retreat blends physical movement with the tropical Balinese climate (temperatures usually hover between 26Β°C to 32Β°C / 79Β°F to 90Β°F), make sure to pack:Footwear: Both proper athletic shoes (for workouts/trekking) and comfortable sandals.Protection: High-quality sunscreen, sunglasses, and a strong mosquito repellent. Gear: Ample activewear/comfortable clothing, swimwear (for resort pools or water rituals), and a reusable water bottle.
5. Mind Care & Privacy ProtocolsIf your custom booking includes their specialized "Mind Care" emotional wellbeing sessions with licensed psychologists: Voluntary & Adaptive: These sessions focus on nervous system regulation and stress recovery. You have the right to pause or discontinue them at any time.
